Baby Care Class – Preparation for Parenting

A two and one half hour session devoted to learning baby care basics in preparation for your upcoming birth. Issues covered will be how to prepare your home, choosing a pediatrician, normal newborn behavior, diapering and feeding options and parenting styles.

This class is for pregnant women with or without their partners.

The fee for this class is $40.

Breastfeeding Class

A two and one half hour class devoted to breastfeeding basics and how to get off to a good start with breastfeeding. Topics covered will include the benefits of breastfeeding, positioning, avoiding and overcoming common problems, preparing to breastfeed and normal newborn breastfeeding patterns.

This class is for pregnant women with or without their partners.

The fee for this class is $40.

Private Sessions

Structured to meet your individual needs, these sessions will focus on any of the above topics you wish to consider for your upcoming birth.

Sessions are two hours each. The fee for each two-hour session is $150.

Travel costs are additional if we do the session as a home visit.
